Connect what a prospective patient searches for with what they need to understand—and how they reach your team.
A website is part of the practice experience.
A visitor may arrive from a procedure search, a physician video, a recommendation or a campaign. The page needs to make sense from that starting point.
I look at the content, navigation, mobile experience, speed and contact journey together. A redesign should address the points of confusion that keep useful attention from becoming a conversation.
Structure around the questions.
Physician information, treatment pages, educational content and approved visual work should support one another. A visitor should be able to explore without losing the thread of their original question.
Search architecture belongs at the beginning: page purpose, meaningful headings, contextual links and content that can stand on its own.
Give the team a manageable destination.
WordPress can make regular content updates practical when the editing model is designed well. I favor reusable page structures, clear content ownership and a small number of understandable tools.
- Review the existing site and patient journey.
- Map priority pages and content gaps.
- Design and build the relevant experience.
- Connect enquiry capture to a clear destination.
- Check mobile behavior and establish a measurement plan.
Improve the right part first.
Some practices need a new website. Others need a stronger procedure page, better navigation or a more dependable form. The initial assessment should make that distinction before committing to a larger build.
Questions worth asking.
Can you work on an existing WordPress site?
Yes. I first review its structure, editing tools and constraints to determine what can be improved responsibly.
Do you also create the content?
Strategy, photography, video and content direction can be included so the site and its supporting material are developed together.
